LIVE LIVES ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY

National Pollution Control Day is celebrated on 2nd December every year in India to pay homage to all those precious lives we have lost in the Bhopal gas tragedy ; one of the world’s worst industrial disasters. The main objective behind celebrating this day is to alert people about ill effects of pollution and control industrial disasters.

India suffers most pollution-linked deaths in the world!! Pollution has never failed to suffocate us by contaminating the environment. This has brought down our quality of healthy living. The government has implemented various laws and rules to control pollution. It helped to decrease pollution to some extent but we can still do better! We still come across issues like Deforestation, washing of clothes in rivers, smoke coming out of not maintained vehicles and industrial waste left untreated .

It’s not about “ how much pollution I cause” but “how much pollution I can control”. We may not be able to wipe out pollution from this planet but we can certainly reduce it.I dream of an India where getting to work or to school or to store does not have to cause pollution. Do you dream for the same? Let’s turn this dream into reality!! Because Together we can and we will have to control pollution.
